| Daniel R. Titcomb Position: Director Mr. Titcomb has nearly 15 years of executive, acquisition, project management, and corporate development and finance experience in the Brazilian natural resources and infrastructure development industries. He is one of the founders of Brazilian Resources, Inc. and held the President and CEO position until early 2006. Mr. Titcomb is also one of the founders of Jaguar Mining Inc., where he currently holds the position of President and CEO and Director. Mr. Titcomb holds B.S. degrees in industrial engineering and business management from Keene State College. | |
