| Michael Seaward Position: Director Mr. Seaward has over 30 years of field and corporate experience ranging from field geologist to general manager of one of the largest open pit gold mines in the world. He was previously Executive Vice President of Minera Rayrock Inc. Mr. Seaward is currently President of Minconsult International Y Asociados S.A., a mining consultant headquartered in San Jose, Costa Rica. He is also a Director of Polaris Energy Corporation. Mr Seaward has served on the board since 1996 and serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees. | |
